Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring

Is there any special due diligence requirements for onboarding and ongoing due diligence for third party debt collectors?

T start off, I would make sure their policies referred to FDCPA laws, ask for any recent or major violations or findings, & complaint escalation policy/procedures.  Also background checks on employees, maybe even info on employee training, & where collection offices are located, especially if out of country.
