    Does anyone track due diligence for institutions buying their mortgages on the secondary market? We are their vendor, as they buy our loans. I'd like to see what other financial institutions are tracking for these companies, if anything.

    From past experience from companies selling loans to the company I can say that it does occur.  Generally, it was only from Banks, never any Credit Unions, or independent mortgage bankers.  The only item they were generally looking for was financials and SOC / Info Sec information.
