    Hello,

We have noticed that on several occasions, organizations have returned the SIG questionnaire to us incomplete. This is due to their organization blocking or disabling files that contain macros.

I am curious to know how others have been handling similar instances. What approaches have you found effective in ensuring the questionnaire can be completed and submitted successfully, even in environments where macros are restricted?

Any insights or best practices you can share would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve the questionnaire process to better accommodate organizations with macro restrictions.

    Thank you for your assistance.

The most critical objective is obtaining accurate and complete data from client organizations - the collection method, while essential, is secondary to this goal. Understanding this priority, I've developed several flexible approaches to accommodate various security constraints:

    • Email or Messaging Platforms
Share detailed questions or data requirements via email or apps like WhatsApp, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. These platforms allow clients to respond at their convenience while enabling quick follow-ups.
    • Virtual Working Session
Schedule a meeting to collaboratively complete the data collection process, whether in-person or virtually. This approach ensures accuracy and minimizes misunderstandings.
    • Shared Document
Create a collaborative file (e.g., Google Docs or Microsoft Word Online) for clients to input information directly, ensuring a flexible and editable format.
    • Online Survey or Simplified Document
Use tools like Google Forms or SurveyMonkey to create an easy-to-use survey, or provide a non-macro Word/PDF document for straightforward completion.

I'm curious about your experiences. What thoughts do others have?"
