Our bank sells originated mortgages to Freddie Mac. Freddie Mac has provided vendor due diligence documents since our Vendor Management program started. We recently received an email from Freddie Mac that they do not consider themselves a vendor and said they will not provide the information.
Has anyone else encountered this issue with Freddie Mac and what have you done?
