Do any of you include forced placed flood insurance providers on your vendor list?  

Once logged in to their website, we request coverage by providing the following:  name, loan number, property address and outstanding principal balance.

Yes, These should be included in your program. I know for Financial Institutions, these vendors are always included in documentation requests from our regulators. You are providing a lot of PII/Restricted data.
