With the recent DEI executive order called, Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity, some of our vendors have removed their Diversity Classification status. Our bank was required to track Diversity Classification in the past and still include it in our due diligence questionnaire vendor profile inquiry page but I'm curious to know if anyone has heard from our regulators through exams or conversations regarding changes in their expectations with this item?
