    I am new to Venminder and vendor management. We are in the process of setting up Venminder and would like to know if BSA Vendors and Vendors who handle employee health benefits and payroll are critical vendors?

    Hi Jason, 
    All our vendors that handle private information and/or personal data are labeled as a critical vendor. With that being said, vendor criticality is dependent on your firm's risk tolerance.
