Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring

Hello. We just recently receive requests to onboard Artificial Intelligence solutions to integrate with our workflows. 
Wondering if anybody here has assessed these type of solutions and what IT Security/ Compliance questions and documents you asked the vendors as part of your due diligence?
I am looking forward to get some advice.

We are also experiencing vendors that are are starting to utilize or incorporate some form of A/I functionality so I'm curious as well if anyone has any recommendation.
One method we are trying out is creating custom questions specifically pertaining to how a vendor utilizes A/I and what measures, if any, they have in place for risk mitigation. We don't have a lot of luck since most vendors probably don't have a policy written out for A/I, at least from our experience. Thanks!

Would definitely like more information around what Venminder is seeing as it relates to AI and onboarding due diligence and contract language.
