When Vendor Onboarding is activated all requests, even for additional products to existing vendors must go through the Vendor Onboarding module. Requests can be initiated from the standard “Add New Product” button on the product profile or from the Vendor Onboarding module itself. If you begin the request from the product profile you will simply be redirected to the Vendor Onboarding home screen.
Once the Vendor Onboarding home screen select the yellow ‘new request’ tile option. Enter your Category, Product Type, Deadline (optional), and Reason for Request select Requesting bids for new product/service. You will then be asked “Will a current or active vendor ...
