Exams or Audits

Our community bank prefers to rotate auditors every 3 years. For 2026 we are looking for a 'new' IT auditor. I'm hoping others would be willing to share who they have used and their experience with them - both through the audit process and with the resulting report.

My bank utilized RSM for years for IT Audit and moved away for a couple of years to another firm and decided within those 2 years we truly needed to go back to RSM.  They are the best to work with, and they are so very knowledgeable in the IT space. 

We are on our second year with TraceSecurity and have been extremely pleased with them.  We have them conduct our IT Audit and External Pen Testing annually and Internal Pen Testing every 18 months.  We also have them do an independent IT risk assessment every 3 years.  I would be more than happy to share some of our reports and experiences with TraceSecurity if you are interested!
