Hi Alicia
We determined that we cap out certain categories. The max being 5. I'm not an excel expert but i believe this formula defines that no matter what the sum of the responses are for this category, the most it can attain is 5 points.

Question, why are some of the question score formula's different? Some are the sum and some are =MIN(SUM(range),5)?
