    Does anyone have a risk assessment that you use on your overall vendor management program to assess how well your program is operating that you are willing to share?

    Shared Assessments has a Vendor Management Maturity Model (VMMM) that we have adopted as a self-evaluation tool.   It used to be a free resource but now has a nominal annual fee.  This may be useful in assessing your overall program.
