Hi all, we use OneHub for Board packet sharing.  Wondering if there is any other alternative out there similar?

We use OnBoard for board and management committee package sharing.  Its built specifically for that purpose so different than OneHub you may not get other use cases from the solution.  OnBoard is easy to use and its been a great way for us to evidence the content and discussion from these committees and meetings for internal and external auditors and regulators. 

We use Diligent Corporation for all of our Board materials.

You might want to take a look at Ncontracts' Nboardportal. It's designed for banks to securely share board packets, track approvals, vote, and add training materials.

We use BoardVantage (dba Nasdaq, Inc.) for both the iPads (purchased) and the software (licensed). And because the calendar portion of the software was not ideal, we use the free version of Doodle.com for the calendar software. We've been using both of these since about 2016. The Doodle.com also has a survey function that is sometimes used to find the best meeting days/times times for committee members.

We currently use Boardvantage by Nasdaq. Prior to that we used Boards by Diligent. Both are user friendly.
