Does your organization track all your Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with your vendors? We have noticed more and more vendors are asking for NDAs and each vendor NDA has a different term.

This is just now coming up for me: starting a conversation with a third party and realizing that our NDA expired 6m ago. Some folks have proposed non-expiring NDAs but I'm not crazy about that idea - I see concepts in legal agreements all the time that I want to consider adopting, and the expiration of a doc gives me an opportunity to resign folks on the current version.

Our firm is in the financial services sector and we maintain record of all NDAs, regardless if with a vendor or a prospect.

Our CLM tracks it and notifies us when an NDA is about to expire.
