Can anyone recommend their vendor for lockbox services?  We have some concerns with the one we use currently.

Not sure I can make a recommendation; the two biggest in the space are facing challenges with organizational changes and infrastructure changes; both  negatively impacting product and support.  

What are the challenges? Maybe we can deal with the devil you know, verses getting a new demon to tame.
