We currently have an in-house IT ticketing system that we want to replace with the Zoho application Service Desk Plus. Like most ticketing systems, there is always a chance that an employee / user will include a screen shot which could contain confidential customer, client, or bank data.
What are some thoughts or how are you categorizing the vendor, no vendor due diligence or annual review or initial vendor due diligence and subject to annual vendor reviews?
