Contract Management

Hi everyone,

I am looking to see what others use for contract workflows. Currently our workflow is pretty manual and we are looking to reduce the use of email for internal business owners submitting contracts to our Legal Department. We love that we can enter our contract into Venminder and they pull out the notification dates for us, but we are looking to close the gap on that and potentially find a solution that could feed finalized contracts directly into Venminder. 

We are currently utilizing the onboarding module in Venminder and I know there is a space within it to do some back and forth with contracts, but this would only be for new vendors or products and we are looking to have a solution for all incoming agreements including renewals. All suggestions are welcome!

that's a hard one. CLM is typically Too Big for the buy side of the business. And most CLMs are designed to support a sales force that needs to crank out contracts for customers. 

This issue is really one of ingestion and then linking the request to what you have in Venminder. 
I haven't seen one yet. But maybe I'll build one and share. :-)
