Good Afternoon,

Following the third party risk boot camp series topics covering COVID's impact on vendor operations........

Is anyone willing to share the specific questions they are asking third parties to respond to determine pandemic impact on business operations? or link to resource?

I'm brain storming on the thought of a "how-ya-doing" touch base with targeted questions that were talked about in the boot camp but not included on the slides.

We created a pandemic questionnaire we sent out to vendors/third-parties that the business owners felt could have a negative effect on our business if they begun having financial issues due to the pandemic.  I have attached a copy of what we sent out.
