    Do anyone have an offshore due diligence questionnaire? What should we look for when onsite at an offshore vendor facility? Please HELP!!!

    Thanks for the question. It's an excellent and timely one. I don't have a specific questionnaire, but I do have extensive experience in reviewing and vetting offshore and nearshore service providers. I'd be happy to hop on the phone and discuss ideas and offer whatever advice I can. There are some definite specific expectations and then a number of additional best practices I would recommend. It definitely was a hot topic in a couple of rounds of our exams. Please let me know if you're interested. Happy to help in any way I can.
