Information Security

I just joined an amazing team with an amazing credit union and am currently revamping the Vendor Management System. It hasnt had the attention it has needed due to not having anyone to commit full time. I am wanting to implement Vendor Performance Reviews. Can anyone send me some questions or links of sources to format my questions based on criticality that align with the SLAs to review vendors and how they are performing to our standards.
