2. Change Management Policy
The documented process for making changes to systems and should include testing prior to change implementation. A Change Management Policy should increase awareness and understanding of proposed changes across an organization to ensure that all changes are made in a way that minimizes negative impact to services and customers.

The process of managing any change to the organization with a new process, program, project or procedure that affects either the enterprise, a department or both.
