My company is expanding their current services to include banking services that would benefit our client base. (think HELOC pool purchases and portfolio lending) My TPRM program is geared to our primary services, and while we continue to use our current third party risk assessment to identify the risk tier tied to our third party, I would be interested to get input from the group on any specific risks tied to acting as a lender with these new services that I may not have accounted and can incorporate into a specific banking third party vendor relationship. Right now we are really only using third parties who provide valuation and custodian services tied to the bank, so our current risk assessment works, but thought polling the group to benchmark what others do would be helpful. Thank you in advance!
