This is an operations question and Gartner is a place I would start to look at. Google "full stack infrastructure monitoring" to get the tools referenced from multiple sources. Like all tools, they vary and cost, usability and cost to operate so plan carefully with the full team.
The SLA and analytics requirements should be full spelled out and ideally integrated with application monitoring as well.
