Hi Community Members,
I'm stepping into a new vendor oversight role managing Medicaid/Medicare supplemental vendors - such as behavioral health, dental, and vision - and I'm building a performance dashboard to monitor metrics like:
- Claims accuracy & timeliness
- Customer service (ASA, resolution time, CSAT)
- Grievance & appeals
- SLA adherence & network adequacy
I'm seeking peer input on real-world dashboard structures or KPI groupings.
I'm not looking for proprietary materials - just a sample template or framework (even redacted) that I can use as a starting point to build my own.
