Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring

We currently use Permission Assist (formerly a Sycorr product but they were recently acquired by SMA Technology/Continuous) for user access reviews. I found out today that starting at our renewal next year, we will have to move away from a license agreement to a subscription agreement - with added services that we aren't currently using.  The increase in cost per year is just under $20k.  Even with negotiating, the increase would still be about $15k.  We don't necessarily need the additional services, but there is no way to proceed without them (they do offer a year at the "legacy" level but don't allow for negotiation in pricing if we do that).

All that to say, we want to start looking into alternatives now.  The only options I can find so far don't include the ability to add all systems, other than just IT (we currently have our loan system, accounting system, documentation software, etc.)
