    Do others currently monitor their mortgage insurance vendors like Arch MI in their vendor management program? If so, would documentation have you requested as part of your due diligence and ongoing monitoring?

    As to Arch MI:
    1) SEC Registrant - Forms 10K and 10Q available, Code of Ethics, ESG report, Privacy Policy, etc. available
    2) Arch provides a SOC 2 Type 2 Report
    3) We also request the COI for all active policies, and 
    4) Request License to provide coverage by state
