Regarding due diligence and risk as it pertains to temporary workers through employment agency contract, does anyone have insight or liability clause template text they could share regarding getting employment agencies to accept at least some liability for damages that could potentially be caused by their employee (a.k.a., our temp)? I hope I've worded this correctly. Thanks.
