We are launching a new program where we partner with various types of merchants to offer financing to their customers. Most are home-related (roofers, flooring, pools, HVAC) but we could expand to other areas over time.
Is anyone already doing this? If so, would you be willing to share what you are doing for due diligence on the potential merchants? The merchants will vary in terms of size and complexity, so we want to be thorough but reasonable in terms of what we ask for.
