We are vetting a few MSPs and all have mutual indemnification and the LoL makes them liable for nothing.  The MSP we choose will have access to not only our servers but also may go on-site or connect to business customers' systems.  I have redlined one contract with what I think we should request instead, however I wanted to see what others do.  If you could share your thoughts, I would sincerely appreciate it!

We do not allow no indemnifications for situations like this, especially when they have access to servers and potential customer impact. We also have many that say their indemnification is limited to the last 12 months, 24 months fees paid – depending upon the amount of fees paid, we ask them to increase it to a more realistic limit given the "commensurate with risk" concept. We don't typically get much pushback on the requests to increase.
