How are other insurance companies handling Claims regarding their TPRM process? Interested in what is in scope, out of scope, and the criteria used to determine this along with any rationale. For those in scope, what type of process do they go through…is it their full normal process, or is it abbreviated? A concern is in Claims we could not delay them in their ability to process claims, that could lead to unhappy customers, then a bad NPS score...potentially a bad domino effect. So how do other insurance companies approach Claims suppliers so this is not a problem for them?
