Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring

We are looking to find the most effective and beneficial way to annually review the financial health of our critical vendors.  Would you please share how your bank is doing this?  Thank you.

My company uses Venminder's analysis service for publicly traded companies. For private companies, we have used profit and loss statements for in internal review or accepted a CPA's letter declaring financial strength.
