Do you have documented exit plans for your vendors? If so, how are you documenting those and what are you including in the documents? We are planning to start with critical vendors and have a general idea of what information we need to have, but we're not sure the best way to put that information to "paper". I'd love to hear how your handling or see a template if you'd be willing to share!
