It first depends on your definition of a vendor. Once you have that identified, then you can look at your population and make decisions. If you are heavily reliant on employment agencies you may end up ranking them something more than no impact. Also, what information are you sharing? Is it potentially corporate confidential information? A number of things to consider here.
