Who is everyone using for their offsite document storage?

Our current vendor refuses to provide appropriate due diligence documentation so we are going to start looking for another vendor but I'm curious what vendor other FI's are using.

My company uses Corodata; we pay Venminder to collect their due diligence on our behalf. The only shortcoming that I can think of is Corodata not providing bridge letters for SOC reports.

Have you had any issues getting a full DD package from them?

We use a company called Access. They are very difficult gathering due diligence from and really pass the buck every year, but after a few times of going above our contacts heads, they have finally started to provide what we request of them. Not very quickly, but they do.
