Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring

Our company is evaluating the use of cybersecurity monitoring tools.  I am looking for pros and cons of the various solutions that people use. Anything that we should be aware of when choosing a solution? What do you like/dislike about the tool you use? 

For context, we are currently trying to narrow down between Black Kite, Risk Recon, and BitSight.
