Hello everyone -
As a TPRM team we have always performed our own search via Secretary of State for the applicable state of each of our vendors. This cost is beginning to add up as most are registered in Delaware plus the added time it takes to search and retrieve. We are discussing moving away from this process and are curious what others are doing. I will add we use the 10-K as sufficient proof it if was filed within the last 12 months, but that doesn't work for a large portion of our vendors.
