Ensure your internal controls are in place for complaint monitoring, reporting, and enforcement management. For applicable vendors, boarding and audit processes should include review of your vendors training program to validate they include UDAAP training, inclusion of provisions within the contract to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and review of processes and policies to validate the vendor is in compliance (review may include complaint handling, payment processing, call centers, outsourced service centers, training, etc.)

What do you all do to ensure you're complying with "abusive" in UDAAP? How do you incorporate it into your ongoing monitoring?
