    Heads up! The FRB, FDIC and OCC have issued a new publication entitled, "Conducting Due Diligence on Financial Technology Companies: A Guide for Community Banks". 

    The 20-page guide is divided into a series of topics which community banks should consider when conducting due diligence on fintechs. For each topic the guide lists potential sources of information and illustrative examples. While there isn't anything new or innovative about the guide it should be a helpful tool for community banks (and other organizations) who are unsure of what to consider when conducting fintech due diligence.
