    The FDIC 2023 - Interagency Guidance on Risks Associated with Third-Party Relationships has added vendor Beneficial Ownership under Compliance due diligence. Can anyone share a sample due diligence question where they ask the vendor if they have beneficial ownership?

    I'm also curious to know if others have addressed this a different way.
