Good Wednesday, Everyone.
We have a due diligence process we follow once a vendor is selected, but I have a Vendor Owner that is just now beginning to look at various vendors and is asking for a list of the documents/items we ask for during the initial vetting process. Much of the stuff I have for the deep dive we take, once the vendor is selected.
Do any of you have a checklist or list of things a Vendor Owner should ask for or look at when in the first stages of determining which vendor they like best?
