I am not tracking any of these right now; however, a quick way to do it would be to create a field called watchlist/probation list on the product profile tab. Then you could check the box while on probation and report on it through the report generator.

With the growing number of supply chain compromises and breeches, are you adding those vendors to a probation list as a high-risk vendor? If so, how long are you keeping them in high-risk probation?
