Good afternoon,
What are your general practice when it comes to collecting Certificates of Insurance (COI) from your vendors that you do not have a contractual partnership with or vendors that are considered non-contract as needed vendor?
Do you still request COIs from these vendor partners and if they do not provide COIs, do you notate that and continue with your onboarding/ongoing vendor due diligence assessment or do you insist that they provide COIs? Thank you.
