Hello, question for the group. What do you use (Tool) to exchange information with Third-Parties. What i am seeking is what is the best tools out there and affordable from a Secure FTP solution to other File sharing solutions.

Anyone use Egnyte, One Drive for Business, Idrive, Citrix, Dropbox Business, Backblaze, Google Drive Enterprise, Box for business, Wasabi orLive Drive and if so how are they?

Anyone use something else?

We use the vendor "Process Unity" to securely exchange information with our third parties.  Reasonable Saas solution.

We use GoAnywhere for our SFTP solution. It's very affordable and easy to set up and utilize for vendor information drops or file transfers to the vendors.

I'm curious if anyone uses these solutions for borrowers to submit insurance information or financial statements, required as a term of their loan?  And, where do you have these portals?  Are they readily available on your website?  Thank you.

We as a bank use ShareFile for confidential documents. 

On the prepaid side of the bank we use Egnyte.
