    Good Morning Think Tank Community,

We have started thinking about an enterprise solution for Contract Management.  This started as a Third Party Risk project but has since morphed into the entire enterprise.

Specifically we are looking for a solution that allows gatekeeping of contract templates, redline editing tracking, approval workflow and incorporates AI to alleviate the manual data entry we are currently performing.   If anyone has a solution that they are using and love (or just like) I would appreciate anything you can share.  We want to be as comprehensive as possible in identifying the right fit for us.

This is a great group that I have learned allot from and I thank you in advance for your suggestions, thought and ideas,
    Shelly

    Hi Shelly,

You should take a look at IronClad and IntelAgree.

    Hi Shelly,

We decided to go with Thomson Reuter's HighQ program. It's requiring lots of training to utilize the whole system, but that is because it's so specific to our needs only. It can be frustrating and we have our PMO team helping to organize, but in the end will be very good for exactly what you mentioned - contract templates, redline editing tracking, approval workflow and more.

We use Jaggaer. It's ok. When we did our RFP for a contract lifecycle management system, we started with the list from Gartner and narrowed down our scope based on budget and features. I remember being impressed with Icertis but the licensing cost was too much for us. I say take a look at Gartner's CLM market guide and find out the current players. You might already be using a vendor that has contract management solutions as well.
