Laure,
I am still in the research phase, but I have appreciated your suggested vendors. Currently, I am uncovering a lot of work that needs to happen within the department silos before I can settle on a system to manage tracking/documenting them all.
Have you made any progress selecting a vendor?

Sorry - I never caught this response until now. How did you end up moving forward on this?

We actually are just in the process of reaching out to vendors for this same thing. We have contacted eFileCabinet; Docuphase; NetDocuments;Treeno; DocStar ECM.
What industry are you in?

I'm not entirely sure how to categorize this question, but I am in search of a record retention software outside of our vendor management program. I suppose I could schedule and log destruction within the current system, but I am looking for something that would also track other areas of the credit union that may not be managed through vendor management. Would anyone have some successful solutions to suggest? Thanks in advance.
