We had all of our business owners reach out to their critical vendors, those we consider must have's to keep the business running and obtain the following information:
- Have they activated their BCP or any form of it?
- If yes, when and to what degree (all working remote, business travel banned, etc.)
- How is this impacting the service they provide us?
- If this continues for another 30-60 days how will that impact specific services we receive
Because we have been given the option to work remotely and there is a chance our facility will close shortly, vendors like Iron Mountain, Vending Services and Janitorial staff will be put on hold.

We have sent out a request to all our critical vendors for their PnP's for Corna-virus situation. As the information comes in we are reviewing them with management.
