Policy, Program and Procedures

Does anyone have a Board level Vendor Management Policy (either yours or a generic version) that you'd be willing to share?  I'm looking for ideas to improve ours.

Bill, I've posted our Vendor Management Policy, but deleted the list of critical vendors in Appendix A.  We've just completed an FRB S&S exam in which one of the areas they focused on was vendor management.  We had no issues.  Hopefully, this is helpful. - Susan
