    Dear All

What all key things to be considered as part of Due Diligence for EU antitrust regulators.

I want to know what more information need to be asked by the vendor for the below finding.

From a due diligence standpoint, antitrust violations can be difficult to spot. That is because antitrust laws are designed to prevent unlawful mergers and business conduct. And only a  court can determine if the laws have been violated based on the circumstances of each case.

From a TPRM Due Diligence perspective, asking for a complete litigation list for the last five years, including the judgment and any fines or settlements, is the best you can do. And unless you can see the vendor has been clearly prosecuted for such activity, there is really nothing more that can be done.

If any of the other members have the insight to share, that would be great.
