Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring

Since I took over Vendor management last year I have been trying to find a contact for GardaWorld Vendor Management. We have a current contract with them. They are also publicly traded. I have been unable to any responses via phone, email, etc from the company nor have I been able to find any Due Diligence documentation via their website. I'm not sure if I'm just missing it or if Garda would be considered exempt from due diligence. 

How do you handle publicly traded companies/ does anyone have contact information for Garda's vendor management team?
