    Does anyone have contract language examples regarding charging for Due Diligence in Tiers? If so, can you share?

    I am using  a three tiered risk model.  I have attached my due diligence guide.  Of course your needs may be different and the extent of your due diligence may change up or down to the size, scope, and complexity/criticality of the vendor.  Hopefully this guide will provide you with a starting point to develop your own.
